WE PRAY:

Lord!

We do not ask you to release us from necessary trials but we beg your
mercy so that we may have strength to overcome them.

We do not ask you to eradicate the problems that we carry along the
way; however, we expect the support of your love so that we may
resolve them based on our own efforts.

We do not ask you to remove adversaries who make our journey difficult
hence obscuring our pathway; however, we count on you yo help is so
that we learn to respect them, thus making a worthwhile use of their
oppression.

We do not ask you to have immunity against disillusionments that may
appear in out path, but we implore your aid so that, without revolt,
we may accept their edifying and liberating purpose.

We do not supplicate you to exempt us from tears and atonements,
however, we beg your benevolence so that we may cease their bitterness
thus assimilating their lessons!

Lord, may we thank your protection and goodness in times of joy
triumph. However, in days of affliction and failure, may we have the
light of your care and bless!
