From deceitful possession to the search for imperishable assets…
From bloody conquest to edifying self-denial…
From extortion to justice…
From hardness of heart to mercy…
From the empty word to the creative word…
From monstrosity to beauty…
From vice to virtue…
From disharmony to harmony…
From affliction to contentment…
From the swamp to the mountain…
From the quagmire to glory….
My brothers and sisters. Let us rejoice fully in the redemptive struggle!
What angelic pinnacles could we not reach if we truly consecrate ourselves to the Divine Friend who descended and humiliated himself for us?
